Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual design, eager to learn, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Art Director, Multimedia Specialist and the marketing team to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand's goals and messages across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce design assets for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, flyers, and more.
- Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts and visual solutions based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from senior designers, clients, or other stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in design and uphold brand identity across all materials.
- Stay updated on design trends, software, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design skills.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
- Assist in preparing files for production, including pre-press checks, ensuring all designs are print-ready.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
