SUMMARY:
The Site HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function at our Miami site, supporting the operations and functional teams for the Aftermarket team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the site leadership team, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, and will play a critical role in driving organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and compliance initiatives.

This role will manage key talent management activities for the site to include: talent development, succession planning, performance management, strategy deployment, strategic workforce planning, etc.

SCOPE/SUPERVISION AND INTERACTION:

Reports to the Division HR Manager for the Aftermarket Division. This position requires a close working relationship with divisional leaders, HR partners across Aerospace Group, team members and suppliers to the human resource function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with site leadership and functional teams to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support these goals.
* Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, ensuring the site attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
* Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and team members on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
* Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including change management, team development, and leadership training.
* Compensation: Conducts salary assessments and reviews in partnership with corporate Total Rewards team to ensure competitive and equitable offerings that align with company policies and market trends.
* HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives for the Miami site and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
* Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives at the site, fostering an inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
* HR Projects: Lead or participate in company-wide HR projects, ensuring the successful implementation of HR programs and initiatives at the site level.
* Training and Development: Implement and facilitate training and development programs tailored to the needs of the site in conjunction with standard offerings and training requirements for Aerospace group and Parker Hannifin Corporation.
* High Performing Teams: Partners with functional leaders to implement and support high performing team framework for site.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management role within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
Certification: Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Skills:
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and training and development.
* In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data to drive decisions.
* Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Prior experience in HR leadership in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Language: Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
