Nina Le-Tse has been with Biddle Consulting Group since 2002 and takes great pride in her responsibilities as Practice Manager – Data and Analytics at Biddle. Nina’s focus is training contractors and internal employees on a variety of essential topics including but not limited to AAP Methodology, Recordkeeping, Adverse Impact, Compensation, 4212, and Section 503 of Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Nina has been involved in hundreds of projects covering statistical compensation and adverse impact analyses of personnel actions for contractors ranging in size from 50 to 50,000+ employees, and she has successfully closed hundreds of OFCCP audits, many of which involved direct contact with compliance officers and OFCCP Assistant/District Directors. Nina graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. She lives with her husband and two children in Elk Grove, California.
